Who you're dealing with
This site is operated by Smounat Lassouli, Mohamed, trading as Moza Systems (Eenmanszaak (sole proprietorship / natural person)), registered in Belgium under company number 1033.679.312 (BE 1033.679.312), registered address Sint-Rochusstraat 123 bus 1, 2100 Antwerpen, België.
What these terms cover
These are website-use terms: they cover browsing mozasystems.com and using the quote form or the client-onboarding tool. They are general terms for how we work, not a substitute for the specific quote, order confirmation or agreement we send you in writing once a project is scoped — that document, and its own terms, governs the actual project.
Content and intellectual property
Everything on this site (text, design, the Moza Systems name and logo) belongs to Moza Systems unless stated otherwise. Selected work shown on this site is presented to describe what was built, not as a transfer of rights to that work. Rights in the final deliverables of a specific project (e.g. a client's finished website) are set out in that project's own agreement.
No guarantees from this site
Information on this website is provided as a description of what Moza Systems does. It isn't a guarantee of results for any specific project. Project scope, timeline, price and outcomes are agreed individually for each engagement.
Requesting a quote
Submitting the quote form or the onboarding tool is a request for us to respond — it does not, by itself, create a binding order. A project starts once we've agreed scope and price and confirmed it with you directly (typically by email). Where an advance payment is required before work begins, that amount and its terms are agreed with you individually and confirmed in writing before it's due.
Client materials
If you supply text, photos, logos, testimonials or other material for use in your project, you confirm you have the right to share it with us and to have it used for that purpose. You're responsible for the accuracy of any customer names, quotes or reviews you ask us to display.
Delivery and approval
We share work for your review before anything goes live. Publishing happens once you've approved it, unless we've agreed a different process in writing.
Hosting, support and third-party services
Ongoing hosting or support after delivery, if any, is a separate service agreed with you. Projects may rely on third-party platforms (hosting providers, domain registrars, email or automation services); we choose these carefully, but we're not responsible for outages, policy changes or pricing set by those providers.
Cancellation
Either side can end a project in progress by written notice. Work already delivered is payable; whether an advance payment already made is refundable depends on the work completed at that point and is addressed in the individual project agreement.
Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you engage Moza Systems as a consumer (i.e. not for your trade, business, craft or profession) and we conclude the contract at a distance (e.g. by email or through this website), Belgian and EU consumer law gives you a 14-calendar-day right to withdraw from that contract without giving a reason. If you ask us, in writing, to start work before that 14-day period ends, you keep the right to withdraw — but if we finish the service in full within that period at your express request, you acknowledge you lose the withdrawal right once it's fully performed, and you may owe an amount proportional to the work already delivered if you withdraw before then. To withdraw, simply tell us clearly by email at mohamed@mozasystems.com. This section does not apply to business clients acting in a professional capacity.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it — including for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury. Outside of that, to the extent permitted by Belgian law, Moza Systems' liability for a project is limited to the amount paid for that project, and we 're not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profit or lost data) beyond what applicable law requires.
Force majeure
Neither side is liable for a delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances reasonably beyond its control (e.g. outages at a third-party provider, illness, or other events it couldn't reasonably foresee or avoid).
Complaints and disputes
If something's wrong, contact us first at mohamed@mozasystems.com so we can try to resolve it directly. These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you're contracting as a consumer, this doesn't deprive you of any protection given to you by the mandatory law of your own country of residence. As a Belgian business, we're not currently affiliated with a specific consumer alternative-dispute-resolution (ADR) body; a directory of qualified ADR entities is maintained by the European Commission at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. Absent another agreement, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the district where Moza Systems is registered (Antwerp, Belgium).
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site or how we work changes. Material changes will update the date above.
