Who we are

Smounat Lassouli, Mohamed, trading as Moza Systems, is a Eenmanszaak (sole proprietorship / natural person) registered in Belgium under company number 1033.679.312 (BE 1033.679.312), with registered address Sint-Rochusstraat 123 bus 1, 2100 Antwerpen, België. Moza Systems is the controller for the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, email mohamed@mozasystems.com.

What this covers

This policy covers two things: the quote request form on the contact page, and the client-onboarding tool we send to a business once a project has been agreed (a private link, not linked from the main site, used to collect the information needed to build that client's website).

Quote request form

What we collect: your name, business name, work email, phone number, the service you're interested in, your website (if you provide one) and your project description.

Why: to read your request, understand the project and reply to you.

Legal basis: processing is necessary to take steps you ask for before entering into a contract with us (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We don't rely on your consent for this, and we don't use this information for marketing.

How long we keep it: for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you (typically no more than 12 months if no project follows), and, if we start working together, for the life of that project and a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and support purposes. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Client-onboarding tool

What we collect: business and contact details, links to existing online profiles, services and pricing information, business-hours, brand preferences, and material you choose to upload — logo, photos, price lists, and customer testimonials you supply (which may include a customer's name, quoted at your instruction, for display on the website we build you).

Why: this information is used exclusively to build the website you commissioned.

Legal basis: performance of the project agreed with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you supply another person's name or content (e.g. a customer review), you confirm you're authorized to share it with us for that purpose — we don't independently verify this, so please only submit testimonials you have permission to reuse.

How long we keep it: for the life of the project and, afterwards, for as long as reasonably needed to provide ongoing hosting or support you've engaged us for, or to defend a legal claim. You can ask us to delete source material once your website is live and approved.

This tool is intentionally excluded from search engines (see robots.txt) and is only reachable by a link we send you directly.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run this site and, where relevant, to deliver your project:

• Resend — delivers the quote-form notification email. Resend is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and processes data under Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EEA.
• Google (Drive / Apps Script) — the onboarding tool stores the information and files you submit in a private Google Drive folder, using Google Apps Script as the backend. Google processes this data under its own data protection terms, which include Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EEA.
• Vercel — hosts this website and processes technical/connection data (e.g. request logs) in the course of serving pages. Vercel relies on Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EEA. Note for transparency: this site currently runs on Vercel's free (Hobby) tier, for which Vercel's standard enterprise Data Processing Addendum does not formally apply. We're tracking this and treat it as an open item for professional review rather than something we've papered over.

We don't use analytics, advertising or marketing-tracking services, so none of your data is shared with, or processed by, an analytics or ad platform.

Cookies and similar technology

This site does not set marketing, analytics or advertising cookies, and does not track you across other websites. The only browser storage in use is a single functional item: the client-onboarding tool saves your in-progress answers in your own browser's local storage, purely so you don't lose your progress if you close the tab. Nothing is sent anywhere until you submit the form, and this storage is strictly necessary to the tool you're actively using — so, consistent with ePrivacy guidance, we don't show a cookie-consent banner for it. If our use of analytics or marketing tools ever changes, this policy and, where legally required, a consent mechanism will be updated before that happens.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the quote-form inbox, the onboarding Drive folder and this site's hosting account is limited to the site owner. Form input is validated on both the browser and the server, and a hidden spam-trap field is used to filter automated submissions before they reach an inbox.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, object to our processing, and — where technically applicable — receive a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email mohamed@mozasystems.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels — gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be — or with the supervisory authority in your own EU/EEA country.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or our processing changes. Material changes will update the date above; check back occasionally if you want to stay informed.
